How fast will you respond to my contact-form submission?

Within two business days. Usually faster. If you've got an active outage, say so in the message and we'll prioritize accordingly.

Are you a one-person shop?

Yes — Jason Yaeger personally scopes, owns, and works every engagement. That means you talk to the engineer doing the work, not a rotating roster. As we grow, we'll be transparent about who joins and what they own.

Can you take over an environment I inherited?

Yes — that's a very common starting point. We'll do a discovery pass, document what you actually have, and propose a plan that prioritizes the things most likely to break or to cost you the most when they do.
